Today they came out to trim while no leaves were on trees a did extra clean up where there were a few squirrel nests. Samuel is very knowledgeable on the type of trees we have. I contracted for their service in June 2024 when they told me that I should wait until January or February when it would safe to service my Pin Oak. I waited for 6 months wondering if I would ever see the 20% nonrefundable deposit they asked for. I had three trees total which had not been serviced in 10+ years and the total bill was substantial to me. Right after Christmas Samuel called me to schedule the service which was scheduled for today December 27, 2024. They have been here from 8:00 am working in the rain in 50 degree weather and never went to lunch and it is 2:30 now and they should be done in another hour. They have serviced three mature trees, cleaned my gutters, and cleaned my yard so it is spotless. I am actually floored because of their work effort. Every interaction with them has been professional. They worked extremely hard and are very dependable. They removed a large limb of a brirch tree that was hanging over our house and trimmed several shrubs and bushes, cleaned up all the debris and didn't damage anything in the process. Not only did they do great work, Samuel also took the time to educate me about the trees and shrubs in our yard.
