Royal Tree Service LLC provides professional tree care in Lee’s Summit, Missouri and surrounding areas. Services may include tree trimming, tree removal, ornamental pruning, related cleanup, and other work described in a written or verbal estimate.

Service availability, timing, and scope depend on weather, permits, site conditions, crew schedules, and the signed or accepted estimate.

2. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection or discussion. The final price may change if site conditions differ from what was quoted.
Scheduling is confirmed when we accept the job and agree on a date with you.
Payment is due as stated on the invoice or estimate unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, property access, and any known hazards (pets, underground utilities you are aware of, restricted areas, etc.).

Program description

The Royal Tree Service LLC SMS Program is used to communicate with customers and prospective customers about tree-care services. Messages are informational and transactional. They are sent from our dedicated business number.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Missouri law, Royal Tree Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the SMS program, including undelivered or delayed text messages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct where such a limitation is prohibited.
